Gamucci Electronic Cigarette
Whether you want to quit by using a smoking aid or whether you just can't give up smoking but are terrified of the repercussions of tobacco this is an absolutely wonderful alternative.
I genuinely believe that this is the cigarette of the 21st century and could possibly put tobacco companies out of business.
Although it still contains the addictive substance of nicotine it contains none of the poisons that make tobacco so dangerous.
To use it as a smoking aid to quit, as with nicotine patches, one just reduces the strength of the capsules as the weeks go by.
Price wise - This E/Cigarette is far cheaper than all other smoking aids for quitting and it's certainly cheaper than cigarettes themselves.

Where to Stay On Topic & Where to Run Riot
Posted by Zandranna (The Crone) at Sep 15 2008, 06:05 PM. 0 comments
Any topic in any forum in the Yack, Yack, Yack, category are an absolute disaster for trying to stay on topic. So basically in those forums there is no need to worry about going off topic or bringing it back on topic.
It is asked though that any forums in The Blog or News Views and Discussions categories are kept on topic if possible.
If for some reason someone wanders off topic in those then I will split the post into a new thread and move it to wherever might be suitable.
Please don't be offended if a post of yours is moved or a post is split from a topic. The idea is just to have fun here and no one will be thought the worse of for posting in the wrong place or in the wrong topic.

Posting in the Wrong Place

We all make mistakes sometimes posting in the wrong forums. It really doesn't matter as with a click of a button it can easily be moved.
If you post a topic and when you come back find it missing go to the front page, right down at the bottom and you will see "Replies to your topics". By clicking on that you will be able to find it again if someone has posted after you.

Being Anonymous on Line

Being anonymous on line: I know some people choose this option when logging in and I haven't blocked anonymous viewing as I do respect your wish to do this, but please do think about not doing it. It's always nice for others to come on the board and see they have company. Please also be aware that as owner/admin I can always see when you are on line even if you have chosen the anonymous option.
If you have chosen to be anonymous and would now like to change that, simply log out and log back in again choosing the option to show on line.

Changing Your User Name
Posted by Zandranna (The Crone) at Sep 14 2008, 04:56 PM. 0 comments
This board is set to allow members to change their user name whenever they want.
Unfortunately there is no setting to allow me to let a name change go through automatically. I do have to click the button to say yes or no to a name change.
Please don't worry about how many times you want to change your name, you wont irritate me by chopping and changing.
Warning: If you change your user name, that will then be the name you also log in with from then on.

This community allows members to have their own personal space by activating their blog.
To activate your blog go to
Preferences
Update Profile
Under Profile Options you will see "My Blog"
By simply clicking on that and adding a Title and Blog Description (Optional) you will have activated your blog.
You also have the choice of who can view your blog on that page. If at anytime you will to change those settings you can by clicking on "Change Settings" once in your blog.
If you decide to use your blog there is also a space in your profile for you to add a direct, clickable, url to your blog that will show up in your mini profile in all your posts.
Preferences
Update Profile
Scroll to the bottom where you will see "My C & K Blog" simply copy the url of your blog page into that block and save.
You will also see at the top of the board a dropdown menu for members blog links. I will need to know if you allow guest viewing or not for you to be added to that.
Also remember to inform me if you ever change the settings so that it can be changed on the dropdown menu.
To keep your blog posts in order there is the feature of creating categories. If you know how many and what categories you want, these can be created in advance. If not create them as you find you need them.
There is also the space in each post to add tags which as your blog gets longer and bigger will help visitors find specific posts.
